My friend in Majorca told me at the time of buying these that it would cost a fortune, and also Customs would unwrap to inspect the contents 🤷‍♀️. So I decided to take them over when we visited them.

But they came to England for a few days and we met with them on Monday and I passed the crystals on - all well wrapped in foil for them to take home with them.

He suffers with neuropathy and the pain wakes him at night - he says he hasn’t had more the 2/3 hours sleep a night for ages ☹️

So on Monday night the pain woke him - so he unwrapped the crystals and put the tube under his pillow !

And he used them again last night.

His text to me today says

“Bosh ! A full 8 hours sleep - didn’t even wake for a wee” “I don’t know how they work but thank you so much for gifting them to me “ “il be forever grateful”

It made me smile as I’m sure it will you.

....Just as a footnote - when I bought mine last year - I bought- one tube for me and one got my dog - who was always getting me up in the night - I slip the tube under her bed every night and she hasn’t woken me once since - so much for the placebo theory 👍🙏🏻😂❣️ Kay J.

Basalt and Crystal Mini and Midi Bottles / Sleep Towers

I was open to the idea of the sleep tower, but not really expecting dramatic results mainly because not much ever seems to work, especially with my long term problematic sleep.
